👒 Creating Clothing Ranks

Clothing ranks are used to promote your customers or group members based on their clothing purchases over the past 90 days. The group manager automatically tracks all clothing purchases and retains this information for 90 days.

Creating Your Clothing Rank In Roblox:

1. Navigate to "Configure Roles":

   • Go to the "Configure Roles" section in your group's dashboard.

2. Create a Clothing Role:

   • Create a new role for clothing ranks.

   • Assign this role a low rank.

3. Purchases Range:

   • Clothing ranks can have purchase requirements ranging from 2 to 10,000.

4. Loyalty Program:

   • The loyalty program allows users to earn rewards after making a certain number of purchases. For example, if a rank requires 5 purchases and the loyalty threshold is 5, the user will earn 5 Robux after claiming the rank.

   • Users must remain in the group for at least 2 weeks to be eligible for the rewards due to payout processing times.

5. Automatic Permissions:

   • You do not need to set permissions; they will be automatically configured.

Adding Your Clothing Rank To The Dashboard:

1. Create Rank on Roblox:

   • Set up your clothing rank in the "Configure Roles" section on Roblox.

2. Navigate to Commands Tab:

   • Go to the commands tab in your group's dashboard.

3. Go to Clothing Ranks Section:

   • Scroll down to find the "Clothing Ranks" section.

4. Add Role Information:

   • Input your role's name and rank.

   • Enter the desired minimum and maximum purchases required for this rank.

5. Avoid Overlap:

   • Ensure that the purchase range does not overlap with other roles, as overlapping will cause the pending rank change to fail.

By following these steps, you'll set up clothing ranks accurately and efficiently.

Adding and Managing Clothing Ranks

1. View Pending Rank Change:

   • After adding your rank, you'll see a pending rank change. This system will add the role without creating it.

2. Future Clothing Ranks:

   • To create new clothing ranks in the future, simply input the new rank's information.

   • The group manager will create the role using group funds.

This process allows you to efficiently manage and add new clothing ranks as needed.
