🕴️Creating Your Holder Account

In this guide, you will set up your holder account, which will serve as the primary account for managing your group. This account is essential for handling administrative tasks, such as payouts and group management. It will be linked to your email and other essential services. Throughout this tutorial, you will create a Gmail account or a Fastmail account (for larger groups), configure a Gmail app (or Fastmail), and set up a Roblox account for seamless management.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Create a Roblox Account

   • Begin by creating a new Roblox account if you don't already have one. This account will act as your holder account, which you will use to manage your group's activities and payouts.

   • If you want to use a Fastmail account, proceed with this step. Fastmail is a paid service that offers a more professional email experience. It is ideal for larger groups that require reliable service and enhanced rate limits, enabling the sending of a higher volume of emails.

   • Sign up for a Fastmail account by visiting their official website: Fastmail Registration.

   2. Link the Fastmail Account to Your Holder Account

   • After creating the Fastmail account, link it to your primary holder account.

   • Verify your email address to ensure that the Fastmail account is securely connected.

   • Navigate to your account settings (e.g., Roblox account settings) and go to Account Info.

   • Add your newly created Fastmail email address to your account.

   3. Create an App Password

   • The Fastmail app password allows software to access your Fastmail account securely without requiring your main password. This is crucial for managing tasks such as retrieving two-step verification codes, processing payout requests, and overseeing distribution of rewards.

1. Create a Gmail Account

   • Set up a new Gmail account. Make sure that the account name clearly reflects your holder’s name for easy identification.

   • A new Gmail account is recommended for an organized environment and reduced conflictions with other 3rd party tools using Gmail.

2. Link the Gmail Account to Your Holder Account

   • After creating the Gmail account, link it to your Roblox holder account.

   • Verify your email address to ensure that both accounts are securely connected.

   • Go to your roblox account settings -> Account Info -> Add your newly created email.

3. Create a Gmail App Password

   • The Gmail app password allows the software to access your Gmail account securely without needing your main password. This is crucial for handling tasks like retrieving 2-step verification codes, verifying payout requests, and managing rewards distribution.

4. Input Details into Your Server Dashboard

   • Go to the Accounts tab in your server dashboard.

   • Enter all relevant information, such as your holder's name, email, and app-specific details. Note: You do not need to input your main email password.

   • If you choose not to enter the password, you will need to manually re-enter the session cookie whenever it invalidates (though this is uncommon).

   
5. Add the Cookie for Account Verification

   • Your Roblox cookie is required for geo-location verification. Make sure that the cookie is generated in a region near Romania; otherwise, the cookie may not work due to location-based restrictions.

   • To make sure your cookie does not go invalid, open up a guest or private window on your browser then log into the holder account. DO NOT CLICK LOGOUT, this will invalidate the cookie. Instead, close the tab as a whole then turn of your vpn. This will ensure the cookie will not invalidate.

6. Add Backup Codes

   • Backup Codes will allow Roclothing to log into your account if your cookie ever goes invalid.

   • Backup Codes are optional, but using them will allow you to go on autopilot. It is still recommended to check your server daily - checking on if everything is working and their are enough backup codes for your account. Usually around 5 or more.

   • To get backup codes, go to your account's Settings -> Security -> Backup Codes. Generate backup codes and input them into the server Dashboard.

   

   

   
7. Transfer your group to the holder account

   • Your holder account will be used to manage payouts.

   • DO NOT log into this account from regions other than near Romania. This can invalidate the cookie.

Important Notes

• Security: Make sure to store your Gmail password and roblox account password securely to prevent unauthorized access.

• Location-Based Restrictions: If you encounter any issues with cookies, verify that they are being generated in the correct region to avoid functionality disruptions.
